Golf Maioris: one of the best courses in Spain


Despite having been open for only a short while, Golf Maioris is already considered to be one of the best courses in Spain and is of course among the top courses on the Balearic Islands.

The design, wide fairways and perfectly maintained greens of the 18 holes of this splendid course will offer a real challenge to any golf enthusiast.

Created specially to be used as a private course by its shareholders in the medium term, it nonetheless currently offers visitors the chance to play, paying the corresponding green fees. If you wish, you will therefore be able to enjoy the course at any time by simply calling to arrange the time at which you would like to start your round, by yourself or with your playing partners.

Golf Maioris also has a modern, welcoming clubhouse with a bar, café and restaurant offering a set and à la carte menu in its lounges and terraces.

There is an upper floor with large spaces for events, conferences and receptions.

The magnificent shop offers special prices on material, clothing and accessories, not just for playing golf but other sports too, in particular “paddle”, as our facilities include four courts which are also available to everyone.

A sports massage room has recently been installed where you will be looked after by qualified professionals.

The club has more than two hundred parking spaces for cars and coaches, with VIP parking available on request.

Prestigious local, national and international tournaments are frequently held at Golf Maioris.

Maioris in El Cairo, Egypt

Maioris International has reached a preliminary agreement with the owners of a plot of 5,000m² in the city of El Cairo, in Egypt. Maioris plans to build an emblematic office building of 25,500m², with parking services, green area, rest areas, etc. The plans will be developed by the architect Iraki Zaha Hadid, winner of the 2004 Pritzker Prize.

Maioris in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Maioris International is planning a new development in Dubai. It visited the area in the first week of March and the project will be defined in the next few weeks. The 31-storey building, covering 24,000m², will be laid out over 4 floors of parking, a large main floor with services and three floors of offices, with the rest being laid out over studios, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments and several 3-bedroom penthouse apartments

The Maioris Group and S'Aigua Blava

The Maioris Group has entered into an agreement with the gymnasium and spa company S'Aigua Blava, for the development of a complex at Maioris offering swimming classes and directed sporting activities, as well as a spa with heated swimming-pools, a centre for fitness and cardio-fitness and a restaurant.

The works have already begun and it is estimated that the sports centre will be opened in October 2008..
